The Howard Hughes Corporation is proud to present ʻAʻaliʻi

At Ward Village, we are dedicated to creating a community for all, where individuals and families can live, work, and play. It is with this same dedication and commitment that we asked you – our community – to help us shape the future of Ward Village and we have incorporated your input into the design and amenities of 'A'ali'i, our next premier residence.

Because we also believe passionately in incorporating the culture and history of the area into everything we do and creating quality buildings that draw from their natural contexts, we have worked closely with the cultural and storytelling expertise of Sig Zane Designs and Hinaleimoana Wong-Kalu to provide us with a name befitting of this very special project.

At 'A'ali'i, we have put you, our kama'aina at the heart of the project and are designing it with the goal of providing a place for you and your 'ohana to gather, connect, enjoy and thrive, for generations to come.
