Kō'ula at Ward Village
We are please to introduce Kō'ula, the newest residences at Ward Village.
Designed by renowned architects Studio Gang, Kō'ula is a mixed-use, high-rise community, representing the next milestone in the Howard Hughes Corporation's (HHC) commitment to Kaka'ako's revitalization. It will be located on Auahi Street between Ward Entertainment Center and the Central Plaza - the future public gathering space and heart of the Ward Village neighborhood. The community will include approximately: 570 homes, 58,300 square feet of dining and retail space, 11,000 square feet of ground-level open space, and 58,496 square feet of recreational area.
Kō'ula's location and orientation were carefully considered to preserve mauka-to-makai views, and to integrate with the landscapes and walkable community coming to life at Ward Village.
In recognizing the cultural significance of its setting and history, Kō'ula provides a foundation where those who choose it as their home can take pride and comfort knowing that they reside in a place rooted in culture, which respects and honors the past, and contributes to the growth and future of Ward Village.
