Overview

Join us every Tuesday and Saturday for an invigorating hour of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporating bodyweight calisthenics, strength, core stability, and metabolic conditioning.  Bring your own mat, towel, and hydration.  Classes are free to attend.  Meet at Victoria Ward Park.
