Abs and Glutes
Fire up your backside and shred your abs with this 30 minute focused blast. Build strength, and definition while torching calories
Total Body Tabata
A rapid, high intensity interval workout protocol where the rest is half the time of the work. Be prepared to work. This total body blast will increase athleticism and incinerate calories. With 8 rounds of 20 second work periods and 10 second rest periods you’ll feel many emotions during these four minutes of work
Long and Lean Sculpt
Tone, sculpt and shape every muscle in an intense and focused total body workout
This ladder style workout adds reps to each round. Strength and complementary plyometric exercises will leave you feeling STRONG and ready for any challenge
A core and cardio combo. This 30 minute abs and heart rate blast will ignite your abdominals and melt away calories
