Parks
Victoria Ward Park
Victoria Ward Park, named in honor of Victoria Ward, carries forward her vision of creating a modern-day haven in the urban core of Honolulu. This park—which includes both mauka and makai sections of The Auahi Street Promenade—is the perfect place for leisure and lounging, picnics and play time, fitness and more.
Ala Moana Beach Park
The 100-acre park includes more than a half-mile of sandy shoreline, and a sidewalk perfect for leisure or fitness. Picnic sites and tennis courts beckon you to spend time with loved ones and friends. The calm water is great for children, long-distance swimming and stand up paddle boarding. Just outside the reef are surf breaks for wave-riders of varying levels.
Kewalo Harbor
Once known as the fishery of Kukuluae‘o, the 30-acre harbor now houses a mix of personal, commercial and charter vessels. Just across the street from Ward Village, this waterfront amenity has become a popular destination for all water enthusiasts, from sailors to fisherman, surfers and divers.
