Located in South Shore Market, the festivities at Off The Wall are just getting started once pau hana has ended. With its brick interiors and spiral staircase, the restaurant and bar offers a rotating selection of 24 local craft beers on tap, and an assortment of hard ciders, and a delicious assortment of both red and white wines. But instead of shouldering up to a crowded bar to order drinks, here, you can simply saunter over to the wall of taps and pour your own. The digital tap technology is seamlessly integrated into the neat row of stainless steel tap handles, where you can be your own bartender. Choose from a curated selection of local craft beers from island favorites such as Kaka‘ako neighbor Aloha Beer Company, Beer Lab Hawaii, Honolulu Beerworks, Waikiki Brewing Company, Kohola Brewery, and Paradise Ciders to name a few.

With live music filling the comfortable and warm bar area and a few cold brews on the table, tap into the South American vibe with Off The Wall’s South American fusion cuisine, inspired by owners’ roots and developed by Chef Jose Ramos and Taryn Ha‘i. Be sure to check out the empanadas with Spanish-spiced Kualoa Ranch beef, potatoes, Spanish olives, and chimichurri sauce. The ceviche with fresh mahi “cooked” in lime and served in plantain cups is a must-try. Most recently, Honolulu Magazine gave them special note for their out-of-this-world chimichurri-seasoned fried chicken. And for dessert, Chef Ramos takes the sweet and savory churro to the next level with cinnamon and Oreo churros served with raspberry coulis and hot fudge.
