Hawaii walls like Shepard Fairey’s mural “Enjoy the Golden Future” at Ward Plaza and Matthew Tapia’s “Stoked” wall inside South Shore Market. And check out Solomon Enos’s “Keaomelemele” in the IBM Building, Sig Zane’s “Ka Wai o Kāne” mural on the exterior of South Shore Market, and Kim Sielbeck’s mural inside Ward Centre. Each residence also includes a curated collection of art inspired by the tower’s design, its unique character and our stunning island backdrop. Special pieces include Sir Anthony Douglass Cragg’s “Versus,” a nine – foot – high bronze sculpture, at Waiea and a specially commissioned piece “Ho’okino E Ka Honua – Shaped by the Earth,” by Sophie – Elizabeth Thompson, that will be on display at the entrance of Kōʻula, to name just a few.
