Kōʻula Grand-Opening Gift

Ward Village continues to be a steadfast supporter of Trees for Honolulu’s Future. Most recently presented a $25,000 donation during the nonprofit’s Keiki Art Contest reveal at Victoria Ward Park showcasing creative tree illustrations from kindergarten to 6th grade students. Gifted in celebration of Kōʻula’s grand opening in September 2022, this donation is designed to advance the nonprofit’s efforts to achieve 35% tree canopy coverage in Honolulu by 2035 and educate the community on the importance of trees.
