This women-owned restaurant is the brainchild of mom and daughter duo who are passionate about sharing Turkish and Mediterranean flavors. - LAHMACUN – Snake River Farms gold wagyu ribeye minced. Moma’s spice blend. 72hr fermented sourdough pride. Ma’o parsley. Ho Farm tomato. Kahumana limon.
- HATAY KUNEFE – An exquisite mélange of textures and flavors. Artisanal cheese curd shredded fillo. Rare Hawaiian honey syrup. Turkish pistachios. A sumptuous fermented kaymak. Rose petal.
