This women-owned restaurant is the brainchild of mom and daughter duo who are passionate about sharing Turkish and Mediterranean flavors. Guests can delight in the unique culinary experience inside a beautiful space, on the outdoor terrace or to-go.

- MERCIMEK SOUP – Red lentil. Ho Farm heirloom tomato. Kahumana Farm vegetables. Kosterina EVOO.
- 24K SAFFRON EVOO KONA KANPACHI CRUDO – Gold. Bulgur. Ma’o greens. Kahumana Farm three-citrus jus. Ho Farms purslane. Mari’s garden blossom.
- LAHMACUN – Snake River Farms gold wagyu ribeye minced. Moma’s spice blend. 72hr fermented sourdough pride. Ma’o parsley. Ho Farm tomato. Kahumana limon.
- HATAY KUNEFE – An exquisite mélange of textures and flavors. Artisanal cheese curd shredded fillo. Rare Hawaiian honey syrup. Turkish pistachios. A sumptuous fermented kaymak. Rose petal.
- WINE PAIRINGS – $40/A Guest – artfully crafted cocktail are curated by Chefs Ahu & Nili for each course.
