Overview
At the helm of this exciting eatery is Chef Peter Merriman, a pioneer of Hawai’i Regional Cuisine, who began the farm-to-table movement in Hawai’i over 30 years ago. In support of local farmers, ranchers and fishermen, the menu showcases 90-percent island grown and raised ingredients.
