Emerging Artist Ashley Gooman
Join us every Saturday in July for our Emerging Artist Pop-Up series at Victoria Ward Park! The lineup features Hawai‘i’s up-and-coming musicians, including talent from Haku Collective’s Artists to Watch program. This special outdoor activity is a great way to spend your Saturday afternoon, listening to the smooth sounds of local musicians, soaking up the sunshine and reveling in the trade winds.
About the Emerging Artist
Our pop up series continues with Ashley Gooman on July 24.
This 20-year-old singer-songwriter from ‘Ewa discovered her passion for music when she began playing the guitar and ‘ukulele at 10 years old. In 2018, Ashley joined Haku Collective’s MeleCraft mentorship program and was able to expand her songwriting skills, leading her to a 1st place win at the 2019 B.R.A.V.E. Hawaii Talent Competition for performance of her original song “Go”.
