Come celebrate Ube Days at Ward Village on August 12 and 13. Throughout the neighborhood, enjoy ube menu items at participating restaurants and eateries. Ube, also known as the purple yam, is delightful, savory, satisfying and most commonly used as the main ingredient to showcase its vibrant purple color in ice cream, cupcakes, tarts, cheesecake, and more.

  - Ube Latte – Draft coffee, Hawaiian ube, house-made cashew coconut milk, iced.

  - Taro Ube Latte – espresso or cold brew base, taro power and ube with milk.
  - Featuring UBAE Hawai’i pop-up instore – Ube Kougin Amann, Ube crinkle cookies and Ube tarts, available for purchase while supplies last, 7:00am to 2:00pm, each day.
  - 100% of their store sales this weekend will be donated to the Maui Fund.
