Virtual Fitness: Keiki Bootcamp on Instagram
We are excited to host our very first virtual Keiki Bootcamp class! This 30 minute routine helps burn off extra energy and increase bone density, balance, endurance and even strength. We’ve made this workout kid-friendly with simpler exercises and shorter intervals. We wanted something that you could do side by side with your little ones to get them off the couch and get their hearts pumping!
- It’s ok to move at your own pace.
- Its ok to adjust things in order to make them work best for you.
- Move as fast or as slow as you need to.
- Most importantly, remember to HAVE FUN!
