Victoria Ward, Limited donated the land for the project and financially contributed to the bridge design and environmental documentation. The State DOT was responsible for the construction and completion of the overpass. The Ward Village Owners Association, the Ward Village master community association, is responsible for the management, maintenance and upkeep of the overpass and any costs associated therewith.
