Open air living room with ocean front view at Victoria Place condominium

Situated between Downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī, Ward Village is a thoughtfully curated community set on 60 acres between the Pacific Ocean and the Koʻolau Mountains.

Ward Village is the perfect mix of urban and island living with exceptional residences, unique shopping, dining and outdoor gathering spaces.

ENTERTAINMENT

Featuring concerts presenting the best in live Hawaiian music and hula, an outdoor cinema series in partnership with the Hawaiʻi International Film Festival (HIFF), fitness and yoga in the park, a farmer’s market and family-friendly events – Ward Village is home to Honolulu’s most notable calendar of free community events.

A COMMUNITY GATHERING PLACE

Whether you are single, a couple, or a family, Ward Village provides a place to gather, connect and enjoy with family and friends. The surrounding village provides opportunities to join friends for local music and hula performances, date night at one of many restaurants, a family night at the movies or a simple, quiet spot for you and your favorite book.

VICTORIA WARD PARK

Prior to the park’s development, the land served as a former commercial and industrial site. Today, warehouses and pavement have given way to over an acre of lush grass, native plants, and a grove of coconut trees reminiscent of the original Ward Estate. Victoria Ward Park represents the dedication of the Ward Village team to preserving original elements of Ward’s legacy, a guiding vision to create a modern-day haven in the urban core of Honolulu. The park serves as home to ongoing free community events including an outdoor cinema series, yoga, live Hawaiian music and hula, a farmers market and holiday events and workshops.

KEWALO HARBOR

In 2014, The Howard Hughes Corporation assumed management and operation of Kewalo Harbor, a facility spanning over 30-acres that serves Honolulu’s elite commercial and charter vessels. Recently, The Howard Hughes Corporation completed a $20M renovation to the facility, upgrading the overall infrastructure.
