Honolulu Habitat for Humanity – Wahine Build

Ward Village recently hosted a ‘build day’ with Wahine Build, an initiative of Honolulu Habitat for Humanity that aims to mobilize, educate, and empower women to build and advocate for affordable housing on O‘ahu. Members of the Ward Village team banded together to help build a new home for a local family living in Waimānalo, offering a unique opportunity to band together for a day of learning, work, and service. Mahalo to all of the women who lent their time and strength this year; more build days to come!
