At the helm of this exciting eatery is Chef Peter Merriman, a pioneer of Hawaiʻi Regional Cuisine, who began the farm-to-table movement in Hawaiʻi over 30 years ago. In support of local farmers, ranchers and fishermen, the menu showcases 90-percent island grown and raised ingredients.

Known for their sashimi, poke bowls, torched bowls and chirashi bowls. The head chef personally selects fresh fish from the Honolulu fish market every morning. Their ahi is wild caught in Hawaii, fresh off the boat, and their eggs are sourced from Waialua.
